After receiving my 1st degree it got me looking back a bit on the time I spent learning , my teachers and my class mates. When I sum it as a total and look back on this time – All I can see now is good times , some great people and incredible teachers.

At the start of the day.
I wish I will find some time in the future to return to it.
It’s hard to see when your’e inside it, But damn it was great.
I’m happy to have been able to learn something I love in such a great place as the IDC , surrounded by incredible people and great teachers. It was a glaring contrast to my first experience in high education at TAU.
And I’m happy also having the ability to work at an interesting place doing what I find fascinating, partially because of it.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank my family – Wife parents and brother who stood by me when it wasn’t simple to learn, work and maintain a life altogether at once. This gave me the chance to do them all with their support.
Wow , this became way longer then I initially meant it to be (It was suppose to be a facebook one liner…).

Sorry for not updating as often as I use to latley.
I recently changed my work place and after 5.5 years at Check Point in the QA Security area I moved to develop for the iPhone at a nice company called Applicaster.
Soon I will get back to speed with free time and updating the blog.
About this month’s games:
Killzone 3 – FPS for the PS3.
BulletStorm – Duke Nukem over the top style FPS.
Dragon Quest 6 remake for the DS.
My opinion? Save your money for next month – Lot’s of good titles are coming.

A year has come and gone.
It has already been 1 year since I started this blog as well so this is a kind of a double celebration.
At the blog level – I wish myself to continue updating this – hopefully more frequent then I got to the past 2 month.
At the personal level – All I have to say is change is coming and more updates will be coming on that soon.
So to all of my friends, family and just random readers – I wish you all a Happy New Year and hope your upcoming year will be the best one so far. May all your wishes come true. May this be a year of peace and prosperity.
Have a great one,
Liviu

Since I kind of neglected the blog for a while – decided to do a short post combining all kind of stuff.
Friday Apple decided to address the iPhone 4G reception issue. To those of you not up to date on the issue – basically – due to the exterior antenna design – when you hold the iPhone a certain way – it’s reception drops and it might even disconnect – due to short circuiting between the cellular and Wifi antennas. Steve Jobs talked at a press conference Friday regarding this issue saying they are not perfect and so are their phones. Emphasizing on the fact the return rate is low, the complaints are relatively numbered and it’s not as big of an issue as it is presented to be. Just to be “fair” – Apple decided to give Bumper cases free (and return the money for previously bought ones as far as i understood) – which are practically fixing the problem.
Second story – is Lego Harry Potter. I don’t know how I missed talking about it but don’t miss it. It’s the current Lego universe iteration following the first 4 books of Harry Potter. This is done in a very comic and nicely and originally presented. I got it as a birthday present and it’s definitely a fun one for whoever liked previous Lego games.
Last but not least – Birthdays, Me and my wife recently had our Birthdays – So Happy Birthday to us – and may we have many more – Sivan – I love you.
And my parents celebrated their 29th anniversary (occurs same day as my birthday – only a year before) – So happy anniversary and may you have many more years of love and joy.
